The Boston Celtics live to fight another day after cruising to a 110-97 win over the Miami Heat at TD Garden to force Game 6.
The raucous home crowd was hyped to see the Celtics get the win, but they were even more hyped to see Superbad star Christopher Mintz-Plasse, aka McLovin, sitting courtside.
McLovin proved to be the Celtics' good luck charm as the crowd went nuts when he was shown on the big screen towards the end of the third quarter.

In the ultimate Boston collab, Mintz-Plasse shared a moment with New England Patriots quarterback Bailey Zappe, dapping up the NFL star, who was sitting one seat away courtside.

He was in the thick of the action all night, even catching a stray pass from Heat star Jimmy Butler.

It's not the first time this postseason McLovin has been in the house at TD Garden.
On April 15, he was in attendance for the Celtics' Game 1 win over the Atlanta Hawks in the first round, delighting fans as he appeared on the Jumbotron to propose to his now-fiancée Britt Bowman.

Was it an omen?
Celtics fans will be hoping that McLovin giving his future wife a ring at the TD Garden is just a preview to the Celtics getting a ring of their own this season.
They now head back to Miami for Game 6 on Saturday night as they look to become the first team in NBA history to overturn a 3-0 series deficit.
For McLovin's sake, let's hope the Celtics have the technology and the steady hands to pull off a procedure like that. If they can force a Game 7 at TD Garden, they have to make sure McLovin is back courtside.
